Government issues EoI for BPCL


In case of a consortium of investors bidding for taking a stake in the oil refiner and marketer, the minimum net worth for each member has been set at $1 billion, the department of investment and public asset management (DIPAM) said in the document. The government has explicitly excluded PSUs having 51% government ownership from bidding for the company.
